Hello from D.C.! We are finally home after a four day drive, a small accident, and an incident involving our U-Haul being pulled over for multiple traffic violations. We wanted to let everyone get a small glimpse of our new home so we are posting a variety of shots of our small and very empty apartment...sort of like a really bad episode of "Cribs." We will post more pictures as we put the apartment together.
Installment one....This is our living room/balcony/guest room/dining room/game room/panic room.
P.S. Tomorrow Geoff will be at orientation, and school will officially start on Monday. As for the rest of the week, we will be unpacking and sneaking in some sight seeing before year one of law school begins.
This is our kitchen. We haven't done the measurements, but we think it is slightly bigger than our last. You can't see the left wall, but it has a huge mural of "How the West Was Won" on it, it is hip and subtle.
Here you can see our bedroom, it is decorated in a very nowtro style. We may change the look, or we may leave it....stay tuned.

Hey guys, long time no see but we are really glad that you are blogging now because maybe now we will stay connected better. We say your family at the pool the day you left and they were a little sad that you had just left. Good luck moving in and getting situated.
