The Zoo

Well, Geoff made it through his first week of law school! To celebrate, we went to the National Zoo to walk around and see some cool animals. Highlights included a dancing bear, lazy pandas, arachnophobia, and stray monkeys. It was so hot and humid that Geoff and I were dripping by the time we were done (this is why we don't look all that great in the following pictures). It was a blast though. We don't have any pictures of the pandas because they were inside in their eating area and the pics would not turn out great. Geoff loved them and we probably watched them eat for about 20 minutes! Geoff is loving his classes and professors so far and is actually enjoying his homework each night. I am not working yet so I've been finding other things to do to keep me busy, like cleaning the apartment, going to the gym, working on a puzzle, etc. It's been a really good first week in our new home.
