For my dad's major milestone birthday, the whole family went to Cucina Toscana to celebrate. It was a total blast and we spent several hours just enjoying the amazing food and each other's company.
It's not very often (in fact, I don't know if we've ever done it) that we get together with just the adults, so it was a special treat. We surprised my dad with a book we put together of letters/pictures from all his closest friends and family members.
I think he was pretty excited about it. Thanks for a reason to celebrate and eat some good grub dad. Happy Birthday!
